Uhhh scale says
0.. this has been a really hard week. I had an apple day yesterday and todays menu has been an apple, Mexican chicken soup, melba toast, steamed cabbage, grilled chicken, grissini, and strawberries with wondercocoa. Plan is to go this week completely spot on protocol and then possibly move onto to p3 depending on how everything is going. I would like to be in maintenance by my birthday (June 18) so I can enjoy dinner and drinks without feeling guilty!
