Poutty face

So I fell way off the wagon.. I can not drink and eat responsibly! Yes Cindarella, feel free to kick my ass into shape now! lol I was 2.2 over LDW, only 0.2 over the acceptable limit but enough to make me panic! I decided to try a steak day... I guess I should have remembered that I was sensitive to beef in P2 because the next day I gained 0.8 :( Does any one have a suggestion for a good correction day not involving beef... egg day?

  1. Ha ha ha... You can do it... I would do a steak day and see what happens... It really works for most... or you could try an apple day, but I have no clue if that would work in phase 3... but I don't think it would hurt to try

  2. Yeah, I think many of us had a cheating moment during the weekend. I guess that makes us human. What a tough lesson though, mine cost me 2 lbs, and a weekend to get back to where I started! Smile - you'll be back on track in no time!

  3. Chellie your always so positive! Cinderella I gained on my steak day so maybe next time I will try an egg or just high protein day
