-1.2! I went a little rouge on Friday which explains the the small loss on Saturday. I have been a model p2 citizen on Saturday and Sunday despite social pressures. That is my problem with this diet, it is really hard to come up with excuses why I am not eating or drinking when out with friends.
I hear ya, keep being a model P2 citizen, take it day by day. Hooray for your loss.
