Day 13.. the day of apples!

So I ended up trying an apple day, I got advice after I had already started the apple day that they should only be done if you reach 5 days with no losses. I don't know if I could take 5 days with gains and no losses.. that is the reason I love this diet and find it so easy to stick to- INSTANT GRATIFICATION!

Since I am on an overnight schedule my day starts at midnight so I am halfway through my apple day and have already lost -3.6 pounds!! I will wait patiently to see if it continues! I am at 172.6 The lowest I have been in 3 years!

Oh and I recently posted the cook book and website I use for all my tasty recipes, I see no reason not to eat good food even thought your ingredient options are limited!
